Don't mess with heroic Heulwen and her heavy hammers! No pun this time, just a lot of alliteration. Heh. Poser crashed (as it does from time to time) before I could get the lights exactly how I wanted them for this image. Luckily, the program "remembers" a few of your previous renders, so I could salvage something and not have it be a total loss. I did a fair bit of tweaking in Photoshop on this one. The original was too light and washed out looking and I wanted to deepen the colors without loosing the edge highlight on her left side. I especially like the play of light and shadow on her greaves. It's not perfect, but nothing ever is. In addition to slightly softer girls, I like chicks with a backbone. The whole 'damsel in distress' thing just doesn't do it for me. Probably why I like Xena: Warrior Princess so much...
