Description

Bryce6.1/DazStudio/Photoshop/Photoscape3.3 Another landscape inspired by the paintings of Roger Dean, and a further foray into the mixed media genre. All rock formations are lattices, textured in a Seriously Real Material from Daz3D.Vegetation on the rock forms is a modified vegetation texture applied to duplicate lattices.Figure is the Elemental from Daz.Water plants are a modified foliage,as are bushes at water's edge.Distant forests are terrains duplicated, spikes added with brush in "paint effect" mode in terrain editor, and rendered in same modified vegetation texture.Sky,light and atmo are customs.Post in Photoshop involved cloning out sharp edges of vegetation on lattices, and adding extra detailing such as vines, birds and signature. In Photoscape I increased the levels and added a bloom effect. Thanks for viewing and any comments you wish to leave.I would like to wish all the best of the season and all the best for the New Year to all my friends, and fellow artists in general, here at Renderosity!

This is awesome, I love the terrains. Wonder if the waters deep enough to do some high diving from these?

Very nicely done! Especially the postwork. Though the vegetation on the rocks and the distant Bryce 'tree" terrain are pretty darn good jobs, too.

Very nice. The rocks look like a old skeleton of a strange creature.

Very creative and imaginative Bryce work. In fact, I was surprised that it wasn't a view render. You've done some amazing things here, my friend! Very impressed. Just proves that Bryce is a much more useful program than many give it credit for being.
