Description

As the title already says, I dedicate my first 2010 image to X-PaX. Thanks so much Christian to let me use your phantastic Dezaroc world files! I'm not sure if you knew that Dezaroc has a moon called Dezaroc Beta? ;-) Well, here it is, and you can see the main planet in the sky. It has just been discovered that once there must have been a highly developed civilization, proved by the ruins of a big city of skyscrapers that was found in one of the large valleys of planet Beta. I made the terrain in Terrabrush, the surface is Christian's unchanged Dezaroc map, the sky a modified version of his Dezaroc atmo. Thanks again Christian for letting me learn from your great surface layers, it helps so much to understand this difficult stuff! Critical comments very welcome in this year 2010 too, and may you all have a healthy, successful and creative one!

An awesome composition- cool terrain and perspective and wonderful bright light and slightly hazy atmosphere- lends great mood and showcases the beautifully surfaced foreground terrain nicely.
