Description
Earth isn't the only world where a Blue Moon is a rare and wonderful celestial event. Even the skies of Clerin boast their azure heavenly bodies. But, more oft than not, they are actually tinted with that sky-tone hue.
And, it is known among the natives of Clerin, that when such an event occurs, it is a night of high magic and mystical power powders the world in its shimmering light. And a night of such power, marked by an eclipse, draws even more of the ethereal into the air.
It would seem only right that such a night should mark the passing of the old year into the new would greet two souls passing under its mystic light.
A lonely stroll in the Royal Gardens, when the twin celestial orbs reached their zenith. There could be no question there was a kind of magic in the air.
A shy smile. A gentle touch. A soft and tentative kiss. A moment shared in silence. But a moment never to be forgotten.
