Description

This is a closeup of one of the ice "feathers" I found coating most every surface North of here one day last weekend.

I have yet to capture one of these and Chicago has plenty of them right now. Well...sort of. They're all dirty and some are yellow...and well...I tend to avoid yellow snow, yellow ice, and yellow-anything-frozen in an urban winter context. Having gone in that crass direction, I must say that this is yet another exquisite shot from you and I'm glad I've discovered your gallery. This is wonderful work.
