Description

It's raining outside (pretty much what it does all winter here, though I shouldn't complain when it's so cold and snowy and icy in so many other places!!) and I found this shot in my files. A little bit of color to brighten the day.

They are very pretty Marilyn. I starting to get into photographing flowers which is a new thing for me. I've learnt more about them in the last month than my entire life! I'm the first to say I still don't know much!

Color IS your specialty! And wow! What delicious colors you have presented here. I'd love a cold, rainy winter rather than a profoundly frozen one, despite the fact that I want to live in the land of insane winters with ONE warm person. Anyway...WOW. I love this shot.

a very intense, delicious closeup Marilyn. Like a big flower sundae. More joy from you with brimming colors. Your whites are really commanding: A big spill of a flower shot! And a nice balance to the reflective inward shots in the last few uploads (all of which are very moving; but this one gives another view). Lovely piece, a big brimming hug!
