I love selective coloration, not because it's striking (which it is) but because there's a way to really mess it up; it's easier to make it look stupid and far from what it should be than to make it draw attention to a subject or a mood. Here you have worked with selective coloring perfectly. Though it's overt, it's subtle in a way, and I love the way it heightens an implied mood. Great work! THIS is an excellent example of selective coloring done right!
