Good evening, friends! At first: Thanks to your very nice comments for my last pic and for the fact that some of you took it at their favorites - and Thanks to the RR staff who voted this pic into the "Weekly gallery..... It feels good and was much more as I thought. Here another pic, taken somewhere at Loch Lomond at the 6th August 2009. I hope you enjoy it! Your comments are welcome as ever. Friends, it is weekend, sunday, and I think this is the right time for a music highlight, a special gift: Good news from the "Transatlantic Sessions" these famous Sottish music TV series: I was able to find out some brandnew YouTube clips from Transatlantic Sessions 4, the first I could see from the recent season, only 7 weeks old..... The session houseband seems better then ever, the sound quality is stunning, and the atmosphere seems very good and relaxed: And the sensation: The two leading female scottish gaelic singers, KAREN MATHESON and JULIE FOWLIS, together on stage! Long awaited and now it happened! And they sing and act as if they had done it since long times. This is pure pleasure! The songtitle is O NACH EISDEADH - no idea what this means, sorry.
