Standing in a mist On a cloudy, cloudy day My soul is drenched And I am tired I have ran so many miles And I am right back where I started You think you can change Who you are But you are wrong And everyone you know Is there to remind you I remember watching a coin toss Thinking there was a winner And a loser But there are no winners Only survivors The finish line is a 1,000 miles away And no one ever finishes They run until they die And if you are lucky A few people cry
