Looks like a close up shot of one of those high speed drop something into milk and photograph the splash! Does look like a face beyond so maybe a picture shot through a lava lamp?

Glub, glub, glup, glup! It looks like smoke bubbles under water. The way some of the exploded orbs just kind of drift off into a current. BUT! I know that's not what it is. Really clever and creative shot, Mike! I look forward to seeing how many folks get it. Brilliant!

Hummmm…. I believe that It is a splash of milk glass like. But good. Very clever to have eccentric comments there like. Cheer still and mile mercies.
