Dedicated to those suffering in Haiti.
About 4 years ago, abstract angels started appearing in apophysis at a time when I was desperate. One day I was starting a new image in Terragen and this image appeared. Have no idea at all what I did to achieve this but to me she looks like an angel. If you look closely you can almost see a face in what appears to be her bowed head and of course her unfolding wings as she appears at the horizon. The only postwork on this is the sunburst and the framing.
I am feeling a bit better today and I am sure its from all the wonderful support I received from all my friends here and I thank you all so much! I am behind on emails and comments so please forgive if I owe you, I will get there! Thanks for the previous comments and favs!!!

It does look like an angel, seemingly a bit downtrodden, but still an angel. A lovely Terragen composition in dedication to the poor people of Haiti.

Yes I can see the angel too Lynn and she is very beautiful. Isn't it amazing that sometimes things like this happen ... for a reason maybe? I remember when I was taking photographs of the clouds for my art, and what seemed like a protrait of God was clearly to be seen, or the way I see our Lord I suppose. A kindly face he had a a very full bushy beard, but I only saw this when viewing my clouds in the monitor of my pc. I saved them in the usual file and for the life of me however I look at those clouds now I cannot find the face !! All very spooky I think. Again your warmth and selflessness shines through in this wonderful tribute to all those who so very sadly suffer in Haiti, God bless them, take care warm hugs Jane xx

a beautiful vision, and I can see the angel, and I think these figures show up from our intuition, they come out because they're waiting to come out, so when the opening happens in the image, they jump in. And it's a delicate beautiful image for those suffering right now, something real but of spirit, which I hope will lead all to some kind of light. Your light around the angel is subtle & gentle, and there's a sense it coming out of the earth and going to the sky. Poignant after such a decimating quake. But I hope the angel restores life to as many as possible; and for those who are lost, may they rise like your angel into a beautiful blue-lit eternity...
