Description

--Please view at full size! Trust me on this one-- The T.S.S. Lord Nelson approaches the forest moon colony of Viridian. Even though it is as important as any major core world, Viridian has purposely been left classified as a colony to keep it under the radar of those outside of the military and other special interests. Not only does it house two capital ship construction facilities, but it is also a major military hub for special forces and "black" operations. In addition, somewhere on a small hollowed out asteroid, always on the dark side of the planet, lies the Viridian Empath Academy, responsible for training military psychics. The electromagnetic output from the gas giant, and its sheer mass, means that activity around the moon is nearly invisible to most EMF and gravity sensors. This is the same colony from a previous image, just viewed from a much different perspective. Hopefully, it also answers some questions as to why security is so high. thumb_2004465.jpg
