Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Oh, don't remind me! I go through a full hour of stretching and strengthening exercises each morning, six days a week, in order to remain ambulatory. Actually, I don't bend anywhere to the extreme extent as shown in your foto, but it's good enough to keep my old muscles and ligaments in shape. Otherwise, I wouldn't be capable of going out to take photographs. But I digress. A capital bit of abstracted distortion and reflection in this keen kapture, Maz.

The reflection in THAT window must have been the building we were IN. That's amazing! A fantastic capture of something I didn't even see, having been heavily involved in drawing pictures on a napkin, explaining something-or-other to Mark. I LOVE the shots you got there, and this one is just right.

I do remember Romper Room, and that song. And I can no longer bend and stretch like she's doing! Oh dear me! Great shot!
