Description
Kayla, my granddaughter, in a playful mood. She was lying outside on a towel just before we went swimming and I tried to take some images. She would swing her head away from me and then to me again and I just had to shoot and hope for the best! I think I won!!! LOL...
(For those who asked... the cut with the 3 stitches healed nicely and I'm sure in a year's time there wouldn't even be a scar. Luckily it is under her chin.)

I love the colors here, just makes her even more adorable! I guess I missed the part about the stitches--what happened? I know way more about kids and stitches than I ever want to---it was always my son's choice of injury, beginning at the tender age of 18 months.

This is a sweet image! I really like the soft focus. It's very gentle and so obviously loving! This is fantastic. Great colors. Blue isn't a warm color but it looks warm and summer-like here, and in the dead of Chicago winter, that's always a good thing. Excellent light. Great.
