Description
This is a portrait of my son, cozy and contented by the fire. Being a single parent isn't easy, but seeing my son happy and content makes it all well worth it.
I thought that a warmly lit picture would be a nice break from all the ice, snow and water I've been posting lately.

I love the rich warmth here. It is a nice jump from the chillier images that precede it. I love those images quite a lot, and this is a wonderful compliment and a touching note of recognition of the warmer and more human things in life. Brilliantly done. Superb work.
