Well, Snoopy's grown up a bit since you last saw him! - Naptime
...and trying to develop a taste for birdies in the snow it would seem!
I was sitting inside with my dad who pointed over my shoulder and said something along the lines of "that's a funny looking bird", pointing to the cat, who'd decided to climb onto the roof of the 5ft high bird table. Most of the morning he'd spent looking out the window "clacking" his teeth at the movement outside, and couldn't wait to investigate when he got out later on hahaa.... needless to say his flying friends had long since left by the time he clambered up! Those few days were the first time he'd ever seen snow, it was so funny watching his reaction to it all!
You may or may not have heard of "Simon's Cat", but it's a series of short animations I think are hilarious... here's a winter themed one which I think complements the photo nicely (there are better ones but this one fits!) - Simon's Cat - "Snow Business"
(First submission with my new lens, the Canon EF 70-200 f/4L IS, mounted on my dad's 5dmk2.. happy combination!)... shot wide open at iso 800 through glass btw ;)

Oh my - he is a cutie!! What a wonderful catch Adam! He contrasts so nicely against the snow! I am still dealing with 5/6 kittens and literally want to go nuts! They are like the plague! Luckily they will all be gone on Saturday!

It's not as prominent, but he still has the dark markings near his eyes and the lighter colored lower nose, cheeks and chin. Very pretty cat! Excellent capture! Great dof, color and clarity! Love 'Simon's Cat'. I checked out some of the others. I think my favorite is 'Fly Guy' and I love the bit in 'Let Me In!' where he just sits their after the door is opened. That drives me mad. Thanks for the link!

A beautiful capture of Snoopy sitting in the snow. It is amazing how far they can jump when they want something. I'm glad birds weren't on the menu. I loved Simon's cat, very cleverly done.
