Description

This lake is at the campground where we camp every May and September. This is the larger lake, called Big Dan Hole and our campsite in on a smaller lake called Little Dan Hole. We have never camped on the big lake because there is always a stiff wind coming down off of the mountains. This shot was taken from a road that goes up the side of one of the mountains. Oh my...looking out the window at snow and now seeing this picture, come on spring! I would like to thank everyone for their generous comments on my pictures. Man you two are among the luckiest people I know to live there. Now keep in mind you guys fired off an invite for me and my family to visit, careful you may soon find refugees from Houston on your door step. Great shot, and beautiful country.
