Description

Ok quick post today. This is from the Johnny Depp movie they shot in front of our house. For any one who has the movie, our house is about 14 minutes into the movie as they are leaving the bank with the hostages. When they pan down the street to where the cops are coming from. The house on the corner, with the tower is ours. I have been really busy again. Thought things would just be mellow this last week, but I found so much I had to do. I am behind again, but I will be catching up. I dug back into my archive folders and found these to share. The weather had been most uncooperative the past few days. Much Love and peace, Cheri

I just love how you've presented the views, with the bigger picture behind acting as a mat and frame, and the smaller ones super-imposed. LOL, I'm like auntiek, not big into movies, but sure would love seeing the portion with your house!

Jonny Depp was in your neighborhood? YOWZA! All we ever got in Chicago was George Cloony in front of Merchandise Mart, pretending it was a hospital, though Julianna Marguiles descended the "Brown Line" el tracks not too far from where Corey lives now. Yeah, and Roosevelt University was used in "the Untouchables" but that's nowhere near as exciting as having a movie filmed in your neighborhood and your own home getting screen time. WOW! Impressive. Great collage too! I love the "you are there" feel of this!
