My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

It's another of your exquisite portraits...I don't know how you do it, time & time again: I have everything to learn from your portraits. And from what I know of Bill, this is the archetypal capture of him (as others say): warm, glowing, kind, solid as a redwood, and with great heart. (I'd love to have the cahones to say, "now there's an ugly face! Ba-da-boom! Did your camera survive? But seriously folks..." I miss my Catskills days...) And I know what Bill feels when he asks how to respond to a picture of himself: I've been there, lol. You don't know quite what to say. ("God, that's a great face! Where'd you find that guy!") It's a terrific shot, and you got really nice framing with the sky & the trees, with him to the left side. You're so good at portraits: I haven't ventured there yet, but when I do I'll be looking at these for guidance. Fine work for an equally fine subject.
