Description
Valerie Ducom .. she was the most talented photographer, and fractal artist around. Her photography was stunning, her fractals amazing. She lives on in our hearts, is often on my mind, and is greatly missed. This is from her script, Watermark, found at Deviant in the fractal resources section.
A little bit of spider's web, barely attached to grasses that we don't see, we just see the web gently swayed by the breeze, warmed by the sun. Soon the spider will come out and begin work reweaving the broken parts of her web.
The sky is painted in PSP by me with cloud brushes I've made, the birds are Obsidian Dawn's brushes, and the fractal is Valerie Ducom's Watermark. Framed and signed in PSP.
Thank you all for stopping by and leaving your wonderful comments on the previous post, and thank you for the faves. Hope you are all staying warm and safe.

Valerie Ducom... that name sounds familiar, did she have a gallery here at Rendo? ...and the image is viewed exactly like you say, a broken spiderweb with the clouds in the back ground = cool dedi

This looks wonderful and I miss Valerie's posts too. I love your beautiful clouds too as they give it a great dimension and the birds are in just the right spot. Excellent work.

What a lovely work of art. This is beautifully delicate...it's like a visual haiku. And I know that name...nothing about her except what you said here, but that name...I remember using scripts and maybe a tutorial by her. I remember crediting that name several/many times in images I posted. It's valuable to reflect how a stranger can contribute so much to our lives, be of great value to us...now there's a lasting beauty of our society!

Rita that is the kindest thought you had for a lovely lady who does live on in our hearts and minds, a very beautiful dedi here for her. I thought instantly of cobwebs and then I saw snowflakes too, you created such a magical scene here and I love the soft tones you used for your sky background, very well done my dear friend. hugs Jane xx
