Description

I've been working on this render for days -- the lighting is more complex than it looks, and loading and saving a scene with this many characters takes some time! (No postwork yet on this one, straight out of DAZ.) Please view full sized! I also created the 3D environment for this, and found a remarkable panorama photo I could use on a large cylinder wrapped around the scene. For anyone interested in the story, please visit my website, http://7valkyries.webhop.net. This scene is from the upcoming Chapter Three. Thanks to all my friends, who have been so supportive and helpful! (I don't think I need any advisories checked -- the girls behaved themselves this time...)

It looks amazing! On a cylinder, you say? I'll have to try that one! Excellent work on the 'movement' of the bikes. Killer lighting, too. I'll bet that took some time. It would have crashed mine every time I went to save it. My DAZ seems to be a real puss... um, whimp. ;) Fabulous work! ")

Creative use of render environment to bring out the vastness of a wild west landscape. The long shadows and cool colors give the impression of a desert evening. I can see why a scene like this would cause you agony. And with 5 characters that is going to be a real bugger to render.

Fairly good set-up. The lights a bit off,IMO. The sun-light should be coming from over the camera at about a 45 degree angle to match up to the background image. The poses are top notch. I'd put a texture on the motorcycles though. All that white and chrome metal is WAY to clean to be believable rolling through dust and dirt.

All seven in one scene! Holy .... Well you know what I mean. What a bear to render at all. Along with the lights it's going to be a tough go. What a great scene though. And you really do have to look at it full size to appreciate it all. A big 5++

Certainly a busy scene! My computer can't seem to handle more than 4 characters at a time (which I'll explain in an upcoming post ;P), so you've got me beat on that front! Lookin' good, can't wait to see it!

Very well done! The mountains/BG look great. I don't mind if the girls "behave themselves". It just makes the times when they do not a treat.
