Description

A small group of Canada Geese arrived yesterday. All I could imagine was Barbara’s (Jendellas) Jasmine chasing these geese all over our pond. I cheated, by using my wife Jo, to lure the geese past me so I could get a better POV. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous comments and favs. Dana

Great pic Dana, I dread to think of the noise they would make with Jasmine in full cry behind them :o) She so much appreciates this as she feels very hard done to, living here as she feels we don't understand her hunting instincts :o)

Stellar capture of the armada of Canadian honkers as they close in on the shore, Dana! Excellent contrast and tone in this shot, and I like the water textures.

Yeah, watch out for that one heading the other way...he's got you in his sights and is going to get into the ideal flanking position, all while pretending he's interested in something else! Geese are like that! This is a wonderful gaggle of them and I love their colors and patterns. They're such fascinating creatures, nicely dinosaur-like...well...without the feathers. I love this shot.
