Description
A Japanese likes Chinese food-like noodles called "RA-MEN".
When it is night, in the residential area, a movable store called a "YATAI" come to sell this "RA-MEN".
Now, not such as this picture, it is the car which improved a station wagon.

I love Chinese noodles with chicken, Shitaki mushrooms, and beef! It's been more than thirty years since I visited Japan, but I loved the neighborhood Ra-men vendor. He had the best noodles I ever had. Thanks for the good memories! I could live off those noodles. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! ので、どうもありがとうございました！

another interesting part of Japanese society. So do they cook the Ra-Men in the carts or do they carry big pots of precooked soup? I imagine the noodles are added for each customer?

Oh how I love ra-men, but nothing is better than yakisoba. I've tried the imitations here in the valley where we live but nothing's better than the one I tried in Yokosuka and Sasebo. Thank you, Mine for sharing!
