Description

"KURE-YOTSU"(about 22:00) Koyuki met with the man on the bridge. A strong thirst for blood oozed out from the body of the man. The man narrowed distance with her as soon as he pulled a sword out of a sheath. She was able to "KOI-KUCHI-O-KIRU"(cut a mouth of a sword sheath), but cannot "NUKI-AWASERU" (pull out a sword from a sheath).... Sorry, I changed the title of this series. Because I felt that the title of this image does not accord with the image. A great POV, I noticed the shine coming from the blades and lighting up the hands and faces of the characters. This is what steals the scene, the lighting. And it doesn't seem to me like it's been added during the post work. It looks so simple but when you observe these details, I could tell this is not an easy job to do. Fantastic work, deserves an applause.

Outstanding lighting. Dramatic poses and superb scene. One of the best dramatic scenes on Renderosity I've seen in years. You did wonderful! I especially like the Point of view (POV). That really makes this render really work to it's best.

A simple set design that forces all attention on the characters. Only the characters are directly lit, the background is nothing but holding space. The lighting is dramatic but each character seems to be lit from a different direction, she from the lower left, he from the lower right - it is supernatural, but in this scene none-the-less effective.
