Description
Captured way back in 9/05, in the beautiful South Coast Botanic Garden located on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California.
And snapped several months before I joined the photography section of Renderosity. The camera I used has long since gone belly up.

Beautiful light! I love their huge heads lifted up as if they are soldiers standing watch! They stand tall and proud in the gorgeous light! Simply beautiful captures Harry!

I love the sunlight coming through! It gives such motion to the image. The petals on the flower on the top right of the second image make me think of dancing flames. I like its darker center with the bright petals around it. Both pictures are beautiful and I love that one flower!
