Description
Memphis had yet another winter event last night. Nothing like what the Northeast had last weekend, but for us, almost as big of a deal.
Much to our surprise when we got up this morning there were several inches of snow on the ground. So I headed off to a place we've been wanting to catch in the snow for a while now, that being Elmwood Cemetery.
In the springtime those azalea bushes surrounding our angle are in full pink and white blooms. But this morning they sported a snow white bloom.
Even though it won't be long before the azaleas return, today that seemed to be years away. It was so peaceful and quiet early this morning with the gently falling snow as she silently stood guard over departed loved ones.
Thanks for stopping by!
