Dear Sweet Vai
A brave child you are,
full of hope, with sunshine in your eyes,
your strength is beyond imagination,
a fighter for life, that's you, sweet Vai,
keep your faith, you'll make it through.

This I dedicate to a mother whose 6-year old girl is battling with cancer and now confined in a wheelchair. She is a child warrior her mother said and has high hopes that she will win the battle.
Here is Vai's photo, her mother agreed to let us catch a glimpse of her little girl. It's heartbreaking to see a helpless child suffer like this.

An Update: Little Vai was so delighted to see this image and her mother, Vaikava would like to thank everyone who offered prayers for her and her family. She is still undergoing treatments and we'll keep you posted with any news we received.

tear, tear This is such a beautiful render, perfect effects and a wonderful, wonderful dedication. It's always hard to hear of children fighting an illness that makes adults surrender in weakness and horrible pain. Imagine a child fighting this. Please know I will pray for healing, I will pray for comfort and I will pray that the child's mother and family will find inner peace. I have heard of soooo many people fighting this horrible disease, It has taken many of my family members most recently my dad. My aunt is battling it now but that is one she will not win, this is a young child whose youth provides natural strength to fight and win! I sit here and cannot control my tears, it is hard to see the screen now. There is power in prayer, I believe that and so that is what I will do for this little girl whose name I do not know. For her family I pray, give them guidance, strength, and courage.

I was asked by a close friend to put something together for this little girl who loves faeries, animals and art. Although I, myself is not acquainted with the mother and daughter, I felt a certain connection to Vai, which is her real name. I did not know that thousands of miles away, there is this little girl who is very sick but her strength is probably greater than anyone I know. My prayers are with them.
