Description

In a world bent on creating an Artificial Inteligence and Robots that would make our lives easier, we may have to stop and consider one thing... What happens when the machines we create to fight our Wars, lift our heavy burdens, build our world and keep our lives simple fall in love with those that are their Master? Are their feelings any less real than ours? Do they deserve the oportunity to experiance the joys and sorrows of love found and lost? Maybe we should step back for a momment to consider the question, "Can someone or something really understand what love is?" Yeah I know this kind of throws a monkey wrench into the well oiled gears of Valentine's Day, but I am not one to conform with the status quo. Just a little something to let everyone know I am still alive.

I think it's a delightful image! Even Mecha needs love sometimes. Delightful to see you posting again! Always enjoy your work and I just love her expression!

Well this is something different for a comeback - the image style that is, not the sensitivity, which is always there. This subject is not so far off track for modern valentines as the Japanese already have some very humanoid robots in some of their homes. And what constitutes conciousness has been long debated in both philosophical and robotic fields. My guess is that in the not too distant future this will happen but it is far more likely that it will be humans that will fall for their robots first.

I like this. Very realistic, yet it's got a great cartoon thing going too.
