Description

(Bug Comic) (Picking up, after some other fooling around, from "Disturbance on Pearl and Belmont") Bryan was gaining ground on Camo Guy, who was now staggering down the middle of Pearl Street like something from the Zombie Apocalypse--Bryan's bite was at least slowing him down. But just when things were looking up for Bryan, he glanced over his shoulder and saw that there was a _second_ Aer..luckily this one seemed to have hooked up on something*. Bryan cleared the little gap over the alley and was only 6 houses from the coffeeshop, when his foot hit a flowerpot. ___________________________________ *Rain had indeed managed to snag his lasso loop on a parking meter. He'd been stripping the tag off while he was running, and wishing that he'd bought a 50 foot length instead, when the loop caught on the meter. Rain had no idea why anyone would need a hitching post for a motorized ground vehicle, though he figured it out later. You have to know that on the farm the main house doesn't even have electricity, it's reserved for the barns and stables (and fencing), so light switches were a puzzle to him as well when he checked into his hotel. We won't even discuss the trauma that was the elevator.

Hey we need to sign him up for the Olympics! He's very graceful leaping through the air. Not so graceful for Rain I don't guess. Isn't he supposed to help? Well at least Camo Guy held onto his weapon. Now if someone would donate an organ he can be on his way! A magnificent scene! Happy Valentines Day to you!!

I love the painted effect your images have. This scene is fantastic. Something tells me if Camo Guy doesn't wise up and back off soon, something very bad is going to happen to him. Great work Lynn.

The title made me think of an Agatha Christie novel and the story sort of reads like a who done it right now with all the red herrings you tossed in, flower pots, and tangled lassos, and elevators. Hehe. And what is Rain up to one might wonder? Bryan seemed a bit concern to see him. What will Camo guys reaction be? I wonder if this will turn out to be a who done it for the local PD before all is said and done?

Wow - this is fabulous. Love how you start with just seeing the jumping Bryan and then when you scroll down you see the rest of the scene. Nicely done. Great clouds and painted trees. Fabulous pov and composition. Really great drama in this.
