BIO
This site is a collaboration between myself and Alexander Graham. Alex is someone who answered my call from a place, though far away, so close to my heart, and we work together towards the same goals with a shared vision of a better world, not just for a chosen few, but for everyone, everywhere. And we work for an understanding that there are other points of view and other opinions, and that open debate, along with all the other principles America was founded on, is what turns that diversity of perspective and prejudice into a strength instead of a weakness. That is what our work is devoted to: a better world for our children's children's children.Thank you for taking the time to visit.. Alexander and Lynn

Grief Lynn I can see why you thought something happened as this must have been a huge disturbance. Glad no one was hurt and it does appear the other porch is coming down next. It reminds me of some of the buildings in our downtown where a couple of them collapsed out in the street due to not being repaired.

Oh dear, no wonder your bed shook. Excellent capture and I hope your foot continues to heal.

great shot!!

Excellent POV employed to depict the collapsed porch roofs, Lynn! Other than the fire you mentioned, do you have any termite problems in your neck of the woods? Or more likely, the added weight of the snow added to the porchs' demise. And, when my bed starts shaking, it's earthquake time, baby!

it's sad all of those old homes are in such disrepair. That's the west side right?

Lynn this is an amazing capture, and goes to show how the weight of snow can bring down structures, thank goodness nobody was living there at the time. Great shot and well done, wishing you well as ever and hope you don't suffer with the teeth work, warm hugs Jane xx
