Description

Captured back on 10/27/08, at the 7th Annual Wings Wheels Rotors & Expo, held at the beautiful Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) in beautiful Los Alamitos, California. Much better viewed full size. Sorry, I have no idea as to the year of this model. In fact, when I first saw it I thought it was a Thunderbird, but the hood/bonnet art indicated otherwise. My reflection most evident at the bottom of the bottom photo. Adios, amigos, and thankx for clicking on.

Nice car...far from sure, but looks like its around 1993 or so....the rag-top is cool but throwing me off...lol

Ah ha, yes a customized Mustang at that. Spectacular paint job. However, this car isn't meant to be driven much. The top, while maybe looking cool is a nightmarish thing to drive with...no back windows and a tiny rear window. A friend of mine in high school had the same custom top on a 1949 Ford convertible. We drove it from New York to Florida...we saw next to nothing except out the front...but what did we care at 17 and 18?

Someone's got too much disposable income! The painting is inscrutable, a smiling horse with a heavy metal mane; I like the wheels, they make it look like a toy. Well captured!
