Description

This little fae and her flutterby is for a very brave young lady by the name of Vai. She is six years old and is battling cancer. you can find her story at her friend's page, Pizzaface2101. she needs our prayer and good thoughts Thank you yes! I'm playing with reflections again, but this time it is for a good cause. Thank you for all the faves and comments. I really appreciate them. A big shout out to Naomi (Lunchlady) for her birthday yesterday (she's all of 29) isn't that every lady's age? take care and have a great Thursday Mike ps next Monday, I will post a photo-collection of the potential band members and the list of names for the band. OK... I got another name - lol... FlutterBees....The Rockabyes.... the Silly Willies - lol ...Dave told me about the pizzaface gallery earlier this week. Cancer is not like it was when I was a child, Medicine has progressed so much in the last 30 years... I read a lot of people here have had the diagnoses and have beat it.... Here where I live, Our Professional Basketball Team, The Denver Nuggets have just been hit with Cancer - their Head Coach was recently diagnosed with it... We're all here in this world for a short time, we're all like light bulbs and never know when our light will fade out, burn away or just come crashing down.... I do believe we should support one another - I just have mixed emotions on telling a person we're sorry they have a health issue - what I mean by that, is the ones that don't think their sick do so much better.... as a healthy person, it is very easy to fall into "I don't feel good today"... The Mind is a very powerful thing - If you believe your happy, you're Happy.... If you feel everyone thinks you're sick, you'll become sick. Sometimes as a community, we have to ask ourselves what is the best thing to say - and saying that, I think I've said enough. Peace.
