This image is for Schonee who gifted me her new character Kyra. I loved working with her; she has easy to use proportions and an elegant oval face with wonderful long features and expressive eyes. Thank you sweetie for letting me work with this very special girl.
Her face paint and bleeding mascara is from LM Make Me Up 4, which worked wonderfully with Schonee's beautiful set of makeups for Kyra.
This image was inspired by a little girl fighting cancer. Vai is her name. I hope the Spirit of my Warder and my Goddess will help this child.
A warder is a special gaurdian, usually of towers and gates. Their duty is to "ward off" danger, including anyone or anything that might bring harm to those all who reside within. This dark warder is charged with protecting a small pride of dragons who reside in a sacred temple. Like all kittens, cubs, and kids the little guys cannot but help but find joy in the simple act of just being alive - no matter what dangers lurk in their world.

P.s. People have asked if the dragons are in prison? No. Wardens are prison gaurds, they keep bad people in. Warders are guards of gates, towers and temples, they keep bad people out.

My daughter was with me when I opened this. She really liked the lady and she especially liked the red dragons. She thought they were 'funny'. :) (I like your grey dragon too!) Hi Roxy, Been absent for a while and I have to say that your work is really something to behold! I love the didication, everyone at one time or another needs a protector and to offer yours is truly a gift. I love the dragons, although not really an oriental varity, it still gives it an Eastern flair that I love about your work. LOL! I love the way you describe the difference between wardens and warders! And the dragons that this gorgeous warder is protecting are just too cute - who knew that dragon cubs could be so cuddly? Another fun piece for you, obviously, but still brilliantly executed!
