Description
Lyon has ben dubbed the capital of the trompe l'oeil. True or not, it sports wonderful artwork, such as this one on the facade of a building near the Saone river. The illusion is outstanding, especially beacuse the eye is distracted by the colorful ribbons on the bare branches of the tree, matching with the red and yellow chairs of a typical café at the corner. While we have been lucky enough to se some more trompe l'oeils, by no means we saw them all. We should go back to explore them all...and have another taste of the magnificent food.

yeah trompe d'oeil means something to me,having learned french at school and pratically speaking and writing/reading it all my life. read emile zola in french of course . ps i know also french kissing but thats another story. some people in the real world can also french-kiss my a..hole hehehehehe,and the number grows day by day,as soon as i walk out the front door the candidates are running around lol. have you tried already to count all the assholes and idiots you meet in a single day??after a 100 i gave up was too consuming on my brain rofl. hey by the way great shot and fav.
