Description

I needed a break from the daylight shots, it was hurting my eyes:). A few of these turned out well IMHO but alas, I was unable to get the fresh tracks on these. My favorite aspect of this shot is the contrast of the crooked tree branches against the hard lines and right angles of the buildings, the snow doesn't hurt either. As always, I appreciate the kind words and favorite adds, thank you kindly! Eric

I know your a night owl, and this one proves it. I'm glad to be able to view this from the comfort of my home...I would be a Popsicle in a matter of minutes in this weather. Nice shootin' Eric! Aloha~

Well, has a bit of "nature is on it's way" - to fight back against this strong architecture. Excellent photo.

I agree about the branches. They're perfectly lit, which really does it for me! The lights on the roof of the building in the background is a nice foil for the jagged lines. Excellent image!

Those branches up high gives it an eerie feeling. A Chilly feeling at nights. Superb shot. Aloha

I really like the low angle of this and the idea that it's a night shot in Black and White...something I have yet to try. I love the lines and the more organic "jumble" of the tree branches and limbs. Great contrast as well especially since darkness predominates and makes contrast a bit of a different challenge, but you've pulled it off perfectly here and this is a brilliant shot!

Lovely photo with perfect lighting. I like the nature/man-made aspect very much!
