Very like bones, especially the pelvis! Marvellously evocative and full of multi meanings.

That is a great and interesting painting, Ana. I think you captured the feeling of many alleys, dark and mysterious. I always have a strange reaction to alleys. They look so lonely and isolated, and many have dead ends. I prefer the open spaces with vista and a horizon. That represents the never ending adventure of life, the beauty, and hopefulness. I think life is a combination of both, like peaks and valleys. Staying in one makes you miss the other. It is best to keep moving, or as I would see it, keep growing. You have a wonderfully unique expression in your art, and this one is filled with things to see that draw the mind to reflection and deep thought.

As usual you painting delivers quite a punch with very few strokes - what a talent you have! Objects and people seem to be suggested but they are so well intertwined its hard to tell where each starts or ends, the alley and all in it seem to be one entity. Alleys conjure up for me a shady/menacing location, but yours seems to suggest life. Really enjoyed looking at this!

Ana, I see this as a garden alley full of people in the spring, enjoying the warmer sun. I love this and I am always amazed by the way, you can express such beauty in so few strokes. Wonderful, my friend. :-)
