Description

(oddly, still Bug Comic) Here we take a little unscheduled detour, as I have some gifts that I don't want to sit on too long--first of all is Schonee's Kyra..I hope you don't mind, hon, that I pushed her into the bug comic, but she was so perfect for the role I couldn't resist--I needed someone gorgeous;) Here she is as Rain's mother, since I needed to make a photo for a table in Rain's room back at the farm. It would be one of her wedding photos from 2380. Rain's father made her tiara, necklace and the cane she's using (she had something like MS, though it was never properly diagnosed) It was probably why she was told to leave the Aer clan she was raised in. Rain's aunt Marian said it was because Mist-Over-the-Mountain couldn't assassinate a chicken. Aunt Marian also said that Misty believed that every time a cow burped, a fairy was born, which was *not* true.(The chicken thing was true). Misty did arrive at the farm carrying a moldy, dogeared, 200 year old copy of The Hallmark Collection of Favorite Poetry, but she also carried a sword from the 54th Aer battalion (to drive off bugs) and a ragged pair of Azali traction boots not much younger than the Hallmark book, and she had walked over 20 miles down from the mountins, through snow, with a cane. Arthur Oakmede was riding back up the road from Fenris when he found her, and talked her into staying at the farm for a few days, and proposed to her two days later. _____________ That's Fabi's Sage Babylon in back, with a beautiful background by Dawn (1010)--I added some roses but it really didn't need it.

WOW, Rains mom is hot!!!! LOL Great scene, I love the texture on the stone, it looks amazing, as does the cane, the mom, the dress, etc. Is tha cane a prop or did you paint it? Either way it looks incredible.

This is a beautiful portrait of Kyra or rather Mist. You also give us some interesting teasers about the character she is and what type of son she may have raised.

i love the story, and the brace. very impressive hair painting. i like Noctia, but its shading is very different than the more painted elements of the image. on the other hand, the background and vine work well with them. the image and the character have a good and interesting back story. the more you tell, the more we want to know.
