Description

This is a shot from the summer 2008. It is a wild flower in my flowerbed and I couldnt make myself remove it :-) It can become very tiny bells of lace if you let them stay and dry over the winter :-) I once sprayed them with gold spray. They were lovely. Thanks for viewing and kind comments to my previous post and special warm thanks go to those, who added it to their favorites. :) Have a great and unstressed week. No fun to look out the window this morning. Strong wind snow. >:-I

The pairing in this shot of the delicate bells and the jimson weed is fabulous. Excellent clarity and eye appeal.

This is a beautiful image! Great color and clarity! Ladybird Johnson, the wife of President Johnson, set and encouraged a program of highway beautification in Texas by the planting of wildflowers. On good years, my trips to visit my mother in the spring are so much more beautiful. This should be a good year and I'm hoping to get to the Hill Country which is especially beautiful. I love wildflowers! Here's a site about wildflowers in central Texas. www.wildflower.org

A beautiful flower to have growing wild. I love these and try to get them to multiply each year as they make a great show in the spring.

Helle...I don't know my flowers very well, but these little bells are just what I needed to begin my Tuesday. Thanks to 2008 for producing such a lasting crop:)

They are lovely. Where i live people plant wildflowers. It is a harsh climate here, so local plants do best. They can make beautiful gardens.

How beautiful! They're not weeds ... a weed is only a plant that's growing where you don't want it, so if you want this, then it's a beautiful flower! :) I'm looking forward to seeing summer flowers again.

These are gorgeous. I couldn't remove them either...they're quite lovely. When I saw these, I wondered if their pattern has ever been reproduced in women's earrings. I think they'd make good earrings...but that's just me. At any rate, these are absolutely gorgeous.
