Description

Among Dragonkind there are few more both reviled and feared than those belonging to the Night Fire Clan. They are larger than most other species, more aggressive, unpredictable and among the most dangerous. Few dared to cross the grounds that belonged to the Night Fire Clans. Those that did take that trek were seldom heard from again. Though pieces of them might be seen strewn about the borders of the grounds. Brave (or foolish) kings sought to destroy the race of vicious dragons. All that ended up left of those kingdoms were scorched craters that still smolder today with the heat of the dragonfire delivered upon them. Emissaries, Dragon Speakers, Singers and innumerable others have tried to make peace with these great beasts...none have met with success. The only race to have even a tentative truce with the massive dragons were a reclusive Elvin Clan. What there secret to taming these beasts...well, that's anyone's guess, and they aren't telling any secrets. ~~~~ Well, this ORIGINALLY started out as a design that was supposed to be a figurehead for a ship...it kind of took on a life of its own and just turned into a nice wicked looking dragon. Not sure if I'll work colour into this one or do any other detail work, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out....for a 'doodle' I mean *grin* Pen and ink (about two hours work from pencil sketch to inked version) (c) 2010 Twilight Productions

Finely done design work that would form the basis of an awesome tattoo. You have fine skills as an illustrator as well as 3-d artist.

Yeah, I used to be able to draw back when I was younger. Thank God for Poser and talented modelers and texturers to allow me to once again create my works. :P Nice looking "doodle".

Wow .. not only a talented digital 3D artist, but an actual pencil/pen and paper artist (and a cake designer/baker)! You are one multi-talented lady! A fantastic dragon! Well done. And she does look VERY fierce. I agree with Shadownet, chocolate usually works, grins.
