Father O'Cahan, last surviving cartographer serving under Madame Professor Randelle, blessed himself and murmured his prayers, as the cold frissons ran, uncontrollably down his spine. Now he was very, very sure, that something truly evil resided on this beautiful seeming massif..." Excerpt from DANGEROUS HORIZONS WE HAVE SEEN, Pelham, Massey and McCourtney, Edwinstun Press. A small render ( interpolated up ) in the old faithful TERRAGEN 0.9, of a terrain produced in the versatile renderer GEOCONTROL v1. I haven't had chance to play with v2 yet. This was 'long lost' on my hard drive. I offer it to you, hoping that you too may realize that nothing is ever impossible, not when God and a couple of guardian angels are at hand, anyway. I know nothing about this expedition, but the Lost World by Arthur Conan Doyle was one of my best loved books, and this plateau seems to be well known for me. Warmest regards, Valentin.
