Description
Venice, entrance to the Tolentini convent, today Faculty of Architecture. Carlo Scarpa is arguably the only modern architect that knew how to play on Venice's chords. This is a fountain, designed starting from the abandoned remains of the doorway to an ancient and forgotten palace. I think it's beautiful, and has a lot of possible symbolisms to it.
