Description
A cool name for this device. I wonder if there is a small dancing Elvis inside, gyrating wildly to separate the meal!
All the internal shots of the mill were done with no flash. There was no internal lighting in the mill, only what filtered in from the open windows. I made this trip to see how my newly acquired 50mm f1.4 lens would perform in these low light conditions. I was very happy with the outcome, as I always prefer natural light when it is possible.

I prefer natural light too, especially as with a point and shoot camera there is no chance of taking the flash away from the lens. I like this old style writing.

Yes, natural light is best...I don't know that much about the steps in milling, but I seem to recall seeing these boxes gyrating to sift.
