Description

Namibia 2010 One afternoon on our way back from a fishing expedition, we saw this lot from miles away! You can just imagine how far your can see in that flat landscape - almost into early next week! Anyway - we investigated!!! I just loved the bright colors against the blue sky! They were apparently practising as their vehicles and support were on the beach below the dune! Just one dude took the leap and we eventually gave up on the others! Thank you for popping in and for your very valued comments and favs on my upload "The Dunes" of yesterday! Stay well! Very colorful and it looks like fun but I'd always worry about sailing out to sea and not being able to get back to land! Wonderful composition.

Spectacular shot of the spectacular colors of the quasi parachutes, contrasted against the more subtle land and seascape, Carin! I'm unfamiliar with this particular activity. Just what do you call this type of sport?
