The reason for traveling alone to a foreign land, where one is unfamiliar with the language, as well as the food is not simply for sex, drugs, and flora 'n' fauna; it is to become absorbed in the place where you are living, not a simple traveler, or tourist. Rather, to go for the adventure, to be the first kid on the block to travel to China is not enough, to say "I lived there for a few years," gives one a feeling of belonging not just observing. I wish I knew the name of this tree with these spectacular flowers. The aroma is so fragrantly sweet it is nearly unbelievable.
