I took this photo from the summit of the Schilthorn (2,970 m) last year in November. The three Swiss giants -Mönch (4,107 m), Eiger (3,970 m) and Jungfrau (4,158 m) - of the roof of Europe are bathing in Autumn light, as the sun is slowly setting down...

C'est absolument magnifique, avec ce piqué, ces détails comme seules peuvent en avoir les photos de montagnes et quand on ajoute l'oeil du photographe...mais, dis-moi, cette apellation "toit de l'Europe", que j'ai déjà vue à propos de la Jungfrau, n'est-elle pas ususrpée, à côté du Mont-Blanc et ses 4810 m ? Ou alors c'est tout le massif des Alpes qui porte ce nom, j'avoue que je ne sais pas. PS : Moi, hier, je me suis contenté de 2000m à raquettes...
