Description

Captured 3/20/10, early in the morning, about 1.3 miles from my lachrymose lair. A couple of slightly different POVs provided for variety in the bottom two photos. Better viewed full size. This building once housed a cafeteria to the business folks working in the big building shown in the far background, but nearby eateries and brown-bagging proved to be too much competition, so it was converted to office use. Varying shades are depicted in the narrow swaths running up and down the lawn, probably due to the direction the lawn mower was moving at the time. Ta-ta, thankx for the look-see, and for any and all comments and faves.

I love the different perspectives on this building. The vertical support structure is so interesting as you move from one viewpoint to the next! Very cool.

Diminishing repetition, what a cool concept...great shots with the bonus two-tone lawns. I guess that's how they do it at baseball stadiums to get the cross-hatched effect.

Bet you had fun moving for different perpsectives here Harry. If any one of us needs an example to illustrate what perspective is all about, we should just return here for another look. Well done.

I hope that you did not ignore that sign and walk on the grass. Liked the collage and the middle shot best. Why does your lair bring tears to your eyes. 1326 postings - do I need to start from the beginning in search of clues? :>) Dana

that's huge for a caffeteria, and yep makes more sense to put offices in there, as I bet, it's more fun to go outside for dinner
