Description
I was lucky enough to get the chance to trek the Colorado Canyon down below. I took this with my old film (remember film!!) SLR, and would love to do it all again with better equipment. It still brings back good memories though. I'm worried if I go back the safety 'experts' may have filled it in for being a dangerous trip hazard! HEHE.

Dang, you've seen more of my country than I have--I did get to the Grand Canyon once, but for a very short time. And yeah, it's probably all filled in by those who want to save us from ourselves!!

Wonderful shot or else you have to read and sign so many release forms that by the time you get done, the park is closed and you have to come back the next day and start over again

Trip hazard, good one. Boy you sure covered the world. Never left England, unless you count Wales, and even then I didn't stop. It was a cab fare from Bournemouth, my record fare. 13 hour round trip!

Hey, Andrew...I am looking for somebody to trek to the bottom with and back up again...it is a six mile down and nine mile up trip on the south rim and a longer trip still on the north rim. It would be quite a goal to shoot for and at least six months of training for me. You get to go down...stay over night on the canyon floor in a lodge and make the return trip the next day. Think of the pictures too:) Your old film image isn't bad for being scanned, etc.
