Hey man this looks great, it looks like you have definate dedication, because it's hard as h-e-l-l modeling without sub-d. I know, because I used to do it too. Look for a tutorial on sub-d modeling on the internet and read through it. Trust me, it's worth it, and the polygon count will go way down. It gives you much more control over the detail of the model. Keep it up man.
