Description

Port Royale is the capitol of the free port planet of New Tortuga, which is as known for piracy as it is for free trade (many people say it was founded as a pirate haven, given the history behind the name). Port Royale is a massive metropolis, half of which is built in the Bay of Royale itself. Construction hit the waterline and just kept going into the shallows. Look carefully and you can see that the streets are actually man-made rivers. Ships, hot from re-entry, constantly land on the numerous private platforms or at one of the many "wetdocks" which just have ships land directly in the water instead of maintaining a solid pad. This keeps the bay area of Port Royale constantly shrouded in mist. Ships created in Doga-L3 and Carrara. Dystopian City Blocks avalailable from Daz3d. Landing pad is a freebie from Porsimo.
