Description

It was time to check on my barn. Another storm came in this week, with big winds and surf. I had to find out if it was still standing. As usual, the beach holds some surprises for me. Today, I couldn't walk to the barn, the waves were breaking over the sand--and creating foam that looks all the world like snow. And, also, it's uncovered a fence, and look where it is. Seems like it was trying to keep the ocean out!! This is an ever changing world--some places things get buried in the sand. Then, a short distance away, something is revealed.

An extremely keen shot, Maz! Wild, cold and windy out there on the shoreline! Looks like the Wreck of the Mary Deare out there among the breakers.

I like this! I thought that was snow until I read your description. This is really exotic and full of action.

I love this view of raw nature! I'm surprised anyone built a barn so close to the sea in a place like that, though...What a fantastic image!
